Shipping Policy – Herculean Supplements (UK Orders Only)

At Herculean Supplements, we're committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

Dispatch & Processing

  • All orders placed before 18:00 (6 PM) on working days (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Subscription orders are automatically picked, packed and prepared for dispatch ahead of each scheduled renewal, ensuring fast delivery every cycle.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all UK orders

Additional Notes

  • We currently do not offer international shipping – UK orders only.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or returned packages.

Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery details, including the shipping address, are correct and complete at the time of checkout. Once an order has been processed, the delivery address is final and cannot be changed. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled correctly, and we are unable to offer free replacements or refunds for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. As a premium product, our supplements carry a real cost to produce and ship, and we cannot absorb the cost of address errors made at checkout. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at our support email below — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it. Where an order has already been shipped, a replacement can be arranged at the customer's expense.
